This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of the CrossMind: Word Puzzle mobile application, package name com.heimschdesign.crossmind (the “Application”), published and operated by HEIMSCH Design GmbH (the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use on an “AS IS” basis.

Information Collection and Use

The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, store, or otherwise process personal or sensitive user data when users download or use the Application.

The Application does not require registration, sign-in, or the creation of a user account.

The Application does not access, collect, use, or transmit precise or approximate information about the location of the user’s mobile device.

Users can remove locally stored information by clearing the Application’s storage through their device settings or by uninstalling the Application.

Data Retention and Deletion

The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal or sensitive user data on its servers. Therefore, the Service Provider does not maintain personal information associated with individual users that would require deletion.

Any information stored locally by the Application can be deleted by:

• Clearing the Application’s data or storage through the device settings; or
• Uninstalling the Application from the device.

User Choices and Opt-Out Rights

Users may stop using the Application at any time. Uninstalling the Application through the device or applicable mobile application marketplace removes the Application and its locally stored information, subject to the device’s standard operating procedures.

The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal or sensitive information from children.

Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s use of mobile applications and instruct them not to provide personal information without permission. Security
